A JSON file with your profile, demographics, bookings, reviews, follows, attendance, notifications, PathCoins, referrals, and your facilitator profile if you have one.
A few things aren’t in the file yet — your onboarding chat, saved events, search and browsing history, support tickets, and refund and subscription records. Contact support if you need any of those.

This erases your personal data: your profile and contact details, your address, reviews, follows, saved events, attendance, notifications, PathCoins, referral code, onboarding answers, your search and browsing history, and your facilitator profile if you have one — including any documents you uploaded, which are deleted from our file storage too. Your Path Collective login is removed, so the email becomes available for a fresh signup.
Anything you wrote to our support team is erased as well. We keep the shell of each conversation — when it was opened, closed and by whom — but the subject, the messages, and any screenshots you attached are removed. The same goes for any internal notes our staff wrote about you.
Your booking, payment and refund records are kept. Australian tax and company record-keeping rules (ATO and ASIC) require us to hold them for at least seven years, so instead of deleting them we anonymise them — your name, email and any contact details you gave when booking are replaced with a placeholder, so the records still show what was paid but no longer identify you.
This cannot be undone.
